Delete Your Account

IAEA Navigator — Kernkraft Consulting Inc.

You can delete your IAEA Navigator account at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data, including your profile, bookmarks, and private notes.

How to delete your account

Open the IAEA Navigator app.
Tap the account icon in the top-right corner of any screen.
Select Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed within 30 days:

Your account and email address
Your selected role and profile
All saved bookmarks
All private notes on publications
Any premium subscription record (cancellation of the underlying subscription must be done separately through the App Store or Google Play)

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance deleting your account, email us at support@kernkraftconsult.com and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
