By downloading or using Sport Rosters ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Kernkraft Consulting Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
You may use the App for lawful personal or team management purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@nuclear-motd.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Users designated as team admins (coaches) are responsible for the content they post and the management of their teams, including approving or removing members. Admins agree to use player data (including rankings) responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google. The Remove Ads entitlement is tied to your account and survives reinstalls.
The free tier of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Purchasing "Remove Ads" permanently removes all advertisements for your account.
The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Kernkraft Consulting Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, event details, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features. We do not claim ownership of your data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kernkraft Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
